SPORT STREET QUARRY PLAN

The SPORT STREET Scholarship Program is an initiative that seeks to provide students and recent graduates with the opportunity to gain practical experience in a real work environment, while contributing to the growth and development of the company. This program seeks to identify and nurture young talent in order to form a pool of future professionals and leaders within the organization.

Likewise, SPORT STREET’s Scholarship Program seeks not only to provide valuable work experience to students and recent graduates, but also to nurture and develop young talent for future positions within the organization.

By establishing this program, SPORT STREET demonstrates its commitment to the growth of both the interns and the company as a whole.

Conditions

Candidates must be enrolled in an academic program related to SPORT STREET’s fields of interest or be a recent graduate. In both cases, they must be able to carry out their curricular and/or extracurricular internships by facilitating the signing of a collaboration agreement between Sport Street and their educational center.

  1. Preference will be given to candidates with skills, attitudes and competencies aligned with the company’s values and objectives.

Selection process

Vacancies will be published publicly through SPORT STREET’s internal and external channels, such as educational platforms, social networks and the company’s website. After this process, all applications will be evaluated until the profiles that will undergo personal interviews with the Human Resources team are pre-selected. Those selected will get their scholarship in the Plan Cantera.

Program duration

The initial duration of the internship program will be 6 months, with the possibility of extending the period up to 1 year. The working week will be 30 hours per week.

Roles and responsibilities

Each fellow will be assigned to a specific department, where he/she will work under the supervision of a designated mentor (tutor). In this mechanics, they will participate in real projects and tasks that will allow them to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.

Development and evaluation

An individual development plan will be designed for each intern, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. In this context, constant evaluations will be carried out and feeback will be encouraged with each mentor in order to achieve optimal development.

Future opportunities

Fellows will be considered for possible full-time employment opportunities at the end of their program, depending on their performance and available vacancies.

FINAL DRAFT

The capstone project in the Scholarship Program is a unique opportunity to apply and strengthen the skills acquired during the program, while contributing to the growth and success of SPORT STREET.

Each student will have the opportunity to develop a final project in collaboration with their mentor and the host department. The project will be related to the focus area of the department and will allow the student to apply their knowledge and skills to solve real problems. It will be carried out within their working hours, allocating one hour of work per week for this purpose.

Throughout the process, the grantee will identify and plan the design of his/her plan together with his/her mentor. He/she will then develop the project under your guidance and present the results with the department. You will gain practical benefits, develop your skills, offer valuable solutions to the company and expand your personal portfolio for new career opportunities.
