Functions:

  • Manage communications in personnel matters with the Public Administration (registrations, cancellations, etc.).
  • Execute the activities derived from personnel administration (contracts, IT management, payroll, etc.).
  • Perform reports and queries related to template data.
  • Maintenance of personnel databases.

Knowledge:

  • Academic background in labor relations/HRH.
  • Previous experience in the position.
  • Knowledge of personnel management tools, RED system and the CONTRAT@ tool will be an asset.
